Body Works- Science terms

Here are some of the words in our science unit, Body Works, that students should know:

 Ask your child about our cracker science experiments. Students were trying to simulate the digestive system by seeing what would happen when crackers were:
1) placed in their mouth for 3 minutes
2) crumbled and placed in a cup of hot/cold water and stirred
3) placed in a Ziplock bag of hot/cold water and squeezed


Ask your child to explain their hypothesis, observations and results for the experiment that they conducted in class. It was a lot of fun!
